7th India-Latin America & the Caribbean (LAC) Conclave
The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in partnership with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (UN ECLAC) and the Government of Jalisco, Mexico, is organizing the 7th India-Latin America & the Caribbean (LAC) Conclave on 28-29 November, 2016 in Guadalajara, Mexico.
The LAC region is a key market for sectors like pharmaceuticals, renewable energy and automobiles. The growing commercial relationship has entered a new phase of cooperative, with increased investments and joint projects in the previous years.
Ministers and Senior Government officials from India and LAC, Business Leaders, Investment & Trade Promotion agencies, Financial Institutions and banks from the region etc. are expected to participate at the conclave.
The conclave will focus on Latin America as a business destination, opportunities and challenges for collaboration between India and LAC, Trade and investment seminar, exploring issues of energy security and food security, business synergies in pharmaceuticals, technology, agriculture, renewable energy among others etc.
