FIRST INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION OF INDIAN DANCE AND MUSIC FOR GLOBAL AUDIENCE.

As part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) celebrations, Indian Council of Cultural Relations has launched Pratibha Sangam competition of India classical dance and music for its foreign friends and Persons of Indian Origin in the age group of 15-50 years. Pratibha Sangam is a first of its kind competition to honour the dedication of people who have learned Indian art/dance forms in detail. The categories of competition are Bharatnatyam, Kathak and Odissi in Indian classical dance; Hindustani and Carnatic Songs (instrumental and vocal) in Indian classical music. The competition commenced from 16th April 2022 and will be ending on 30th Sep 2022. The entries received will be judged by stellar and eminent artistes in the relevant field. There will be winners at three levels National, Regional and International culminating with a trip to India.
