Voting Rights of Indian Citizens living abroad


Indian citizens living overseas can get themselves registered in the Electoral Rolls of the concerned constituency in India as per the address mentioned in their Indian Passport. Thereafter, they can cast their vote in the elections held in India by visiting their home constituency on the day of voting.
